It's that time of year again: the surveillance audit for the ISO 9001 certification process is on our agenda. For many companies, the internationally recognized standard for quality management is a mere formality. For us as a start-up, it is a conscious step with a clear attitude. Because even though we are still young, we are facing up to the requirements that apply in our industry right from the start.

Quality is not a product of chance

ISO 9001 is not an end in itself. For us, it means that we regularly scrutinize our internal processes, create clear structures and continuously improve them. In recent weeks, we have reviewed our processes - from sales to support - as part of internal audits.

We know that quality is not a luxury, especially in fast-growing teams, but a smart basis for high customer satisfaction and success. Comprehensible documentation, transparent responsibilities and clean handovers not only help us internally - they also ensure reliability and trust among our customers.

ISO 9001 is not a label - it's an attitude

It is clear to us that we don't just want to be certified, we want to live ISO 9001. For us as a young company, the ISO 9001 process is an opportunity to build our growth on a stable foundation of quality.
